What is your cancelation policy?
Cancellations and Changes
– More than 60 days prior to check-in: 100% refund, minus a 3% cancellation fee.
– Less than 60 days prior to check-in: No refund.
– Travel insurance available through Generali upon request.
– Bookings through Airbnb, Vrbo, and Booking.com are subject to their respective cancellation policies.
The 3% cancelation fee is calculated on the total reservation amount paid.
What is your payment policy?
Reservation Deposit
A reservation deposit equal to 50% of the total booking charges (“Initial Payment”) is due at booking. This is not a damage deposit and will be applied to the total rental amount.
Final Payment
The remaining balance (“Final Payment”) is due 30 days prior to check-in. Guest authorizes Manager to charge the payment method on file unless alternate arrangements are made in advance.
If your booking date is 30 days or less from your check-in date the full balance is due. If you have or are booking through a channel other than direct please see their payment policy as it may differ from ours.
What is your check-in & check-out times?
Check-in: 4:00 PM (CST)
Check-out: 10:00 AM (CST)
Can I check in early?
There are times where we can accommodate an early check-in it all depends on whether we have guests checking out the same day of your arrival.

Do you offer pool heat?
We do offer pool heat as an optional add-on during offseason for the following homes:
Castillo de La Playa
Crown of 30A
The Beach Gem
Pool heat must be purchased for the duration of your stay and requested prior to your check-in date.
Cost: $70 per night + tax.

If I arrive late or check-out early will I receive a refund?
No refunds for early departures or late arrivals.
Do you allow pets & what is your policy?
All of our homes are pet friendly (dogs only) except for the following:

Pet Policy and Responsibilities
– Only pre-approved dogs allowed at select Properties.
– Criteria: non-aggressive breed, low-shedding, under 50 lbs., house-trained.
– Pets are prohibited on furniture and in any pool or spa/hot tub.
– Violations may result in additional cleaning/repair costs, and may result in eviction.
– Depending on the Property, you may bring up to two dogs during your stay.
Manager will accommodate service and emotional support animals as required by federal law, subject to written documentation prior to check-in.
Pet Fees and Conditions
– $250 non-refundable pet fee per reservation.
– Guest agrees to ensure dog(s) do not disturb neighbors, cause Property damage, or create noise.
– Guest agrees to comply with all local pet ordinances.
– If artificial turf is present, Guest must ensure pets stay off the turf.
– Guest is responsible for promptly cleaning up of all pet waste.
Do you rent golf carts to guests?
Most of our homes include a golf cart with your reservation. If you need an additional cart, we offer rentals through our trusted partner:

How long does it take to get a refund if I have to cancel?
If you need to cancel your reservation and are eligible for a refund, please allow 24–72 hours for the credit to appear on your original method of payment.
Can I book direct if I have inquired on another platform?
Airbnb, Vrbo, and Booking.com have strict policies about inquiring through their platforms and then booking directly. To stay in compliance, if you first contact us or ask questions through one of those sites, we kindly ask that you complete your booking through that same platform.
